Francis Ford Iowa - the trailer!
Hi. My name is Dan. I'm a novelist and filmmaker. You're going to wonder how that's possible after spending some time on this blog. See, when I was growing up in Iowa, I made movies with my friends. Many of them were remakes of movies I liked, like Misery or The Godfather. Others were originals, with catchy titles like The Bastard Chicken Clock from Hell and Dirt 2. But all of them were awful. And now, to lead up to the publication of my new book, The Monster Variations, I'm blogging my old movies chronologically for your enjoyment. So come with me, won't you? Let's feel the pain together.

Where's my Criterion boxed set? Brilliant!!
"...all of them were awful" - At least you finally said it.
Dan, this brought back serious flashbacks. My brother did the same thing in high schools. And the one movie I remember the most was the THe Night of the Living Ouija Board, or something like that. It involved someone dying at the hands of some very sharp scissors. And whip cream foam coming out of someone's mouth.
Looking forward to feeling the pain with you. But let's hope your book launch is a joyous event! :)
Cynthea, get that video online and I'll feature it on the blog!
Awesome... when do we get to see more?
Tomorrow... and then the next day... and the next... until you're absolutely numb to the torrential rain of crappy-ness.
Huzzah! From a strictly nerdy blog-reading point of view, I think you should change the post date on the trailer so it doesn't look like you did it a month ago and then went on vacation...
Shh.
Dude, this ruled. Can't wait to see more. Still better then most movies in theaters these days. Nice Debaser. Gimme some Archers!
Love it...I want more.
Ah, Archers would've been nice. Even Pixies is too cool, though. As one ex-cast member reminded me, "We weren't cool enough to listen to the Pixies." That's true, but when I cut the trailer to Whitesnake, it just didn't work.
Freaking awesome.
I am the latest discovery of the epic legacy.
haha. I think it's safe to say we've all gone Whitesnake one time or another in our lives.
Dude. You were sweding movies before sweding even existed...
Wow - reminds me of all the films my friends and I made as well! Awesome.
